Run both baselines

Execute reproducible reference and Runtime runs only after a validated connector and worker have been provisioned.

Independent evidence

Verify correctness, input/result/evidence hashes, provenance, resource metrics and negative outcomes.

05 / HOLD BY DEFAULT

Acceptance report

Publish a signed-off acceptance report only after evidence has passed independent verification. HOLD otherwise.
